Configuration

Applies to Single Copy versions 3.6 and higher

Because the scanned sales data is being imported from an outside source, some configuration is required in order to link the partner data to the data in the Syncronex Single Copy system.

• Import configuration files will be created for each SBT trading partner so that the data in those files can be parsed correctly. Syncronex Customer Support will assist you in the set-up of these configuration files.
• Account mapping will need to be created to map the trading partner's account to the Syncronex Single Copy account.
• Publication mapping will need to be created to map the publication code used by the trading partner to the Syncronex Single Copy publication. As an alternative, bar codes will need to be configured in the Single Copy system to map the publication bar code provided by the trading partner to the Syncronex publication code.
